STEPHANIE GRANATO, Managing Attorney

Stephanie Granato is a corporate attorney and entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience advising growing companies, entrepreneurs and investors.  She has represented a broad range of private and public corporate clients, from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. 

Her practice focuses on early stage and venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, general corporate and commercial matters, and corporate governance.  She represents clients in a wide variety of industries, including technology, clean tech, entertainment, events, music, e-commerce, CBD, retail, manufacturing and distribution, and outsource staffing.

Ms. Granato serves on the Advisory Board of Women Entrepreneurs Global Inc., a full-stack innovation studio and digital platform of women entrepreneurs around the world. Before founding Granato Law Office, Ms. Granato practiced corporate law in New York with an international law firm in the corporate transactional group, and in Los Angeles with a boutique corporate firm.  Prior to law school, Ms. Granato served as an analyst at a mid-market investment bank where she designed financial models and valued securities of private companies. Ms. Granato earned her JD from Yale Law School.

NATASHA MONAHAN, Of Counsel

Ms. Monahan is a transactional attorney and business development and executive recruiting consultant with 25 years of experience advising founders and C-suite level executives from startups to Fortune 500 companies. She partners with founders to reach their business goals by helping them with business development, finance, and legal strategies. A dynamic relationship builder and creative solutions provider, Ms. Monahan combines legal, venture finance, and business development experience to achieve organizational goals. She works with businesses in cutting-edge media and tech industry sectors, including video games and esports, VR/AR/XR, digital media and entertainment, blockchain, software, and telecom. Co-authored “Liability under Federal and State Securities Laws,” Advising and Defending Corporate Directors and Officers, Continuing Education of the Bar – California. Ms. Monahan earned a J.D. from the USC Gould School of Law, an M.P.P. from the USF Leo T. McCarthy Center, and a B.A. from UC Berkeley.
