Stephanie Granato is a corporate attorney and entrepreneur engaged in the representation of investors, entrepreneurs and businesses.  She helps entrepreneurs get their businesses formed and financed and acts as an outsourced general counsel.  Ms. Granato is a co-founder and general counsel of TMG, Inc., a company focused on growing its joint venture Terra Image LLC, a provider of satellite imagery (www.terraimageusa.com).  Ms. Granato was a founding partner of Los Angeles Social Venture Partners (LASVP), a group that makes grants and provides strategic advice to non-profits.  She served on LASVP’s initial Board of Directors and as a partner through 2006.  From 2002 through 2006 Ms. Granato served on the board of directors of The Wellness Community – West Los Angeles, a non-profit that provides support, education and hope for cancer patients and their families.  Ms. Granato holds a J.D. from Yale Law School, an MSc. from the London School of Economics and a B.A. from UCLA.  She is admitted to the bar in California, New York, Washington, D.C. and Connecticut.
